We think that it is an absolute necessity for a paint manufacturer to be independent
from any tinting machine manufacturer without being linked with anyone
of them. That' s will allow him to change or to have more than only one provider
in case of difficulties with the After sale service of one of them.
That's why we have developed our COLORIS GCC Tinting machine considering
this fact and we always want to be able to provide complete data bases of colour
formulae directly usable on any kind of tinting machines. For this, in any case,
we work very closely with the tinting machine manufacturer chosen by our customers.
Once you decide to work with our company COLORIS GCC, we train our technicians during one week to all the colorimetric aspects. We train them on how to optimise the utilisation of the spectro linked with the calibration files of the colorants. Then we provide you all the calibration files of our colorants, so that you could easily measure and formulate any new colours from any colourchart of one of your competitor. If you don't have the time to formulate those new shades yourselves, we can also subcontract this job for you.
The CCS Soft is a user-friendly software which permits to pilot the tinting machines and to manage the shades library.
Ceac has selected various serious and qualified partners, manufacturer of tinting machines, and has developed an interface, which enables the CCS Soft to pilot the tinting machines.
