COLORIS GCC aims to become the main partner of paint colorant specialists
and to be a premiere supplier with its comprehensive range complementing the
RHODIA strategy to keep on expanding towards specialties and meeting the formulators
twofold expectations: care of the environment and upholding technical performance.
These guidelines are those on which COLORIS GCC concentrates its R&D, designing
efficient and easy-to-implement tinting systems, to help the users improve their
economic and technical performances.
Thanks to this strategic alliance, the customers have global partners: indeed, RHODIA achieved a turnover of EUR 7,2 billion in 2001. COLORIS GCC, a recently created French-based company, was born from the common work of paint colourisation experts and has seen its production constantly increase since its creation. The COLORIS GCC technology is extraordinarly well-accepted among professionals on the 5 continents.
COLORIS GCC , CUB Tinting system is working with 16 colorants. The colour index of each of these colorants enables the match of 100% of the NCS2 selection of colors, including dark reds, green yellows and oranges. COLORIS GCC is the only solution provider able to guaranty a complete reproduction of the NCS2 with just 3 paint bases.
The 16 CUB paint colorants are universal. Each of the paint colorant has been formulated in a medium of new dispersing polymers.
The development and the use of a glycol free medium based on new dispersing polymers is ensuring the market largest range of compatibility. This medium provides paint manufacturers with the best proven market compatibility level. CUB Colorants are respecting the physical and the chemical properties of the paints. Drying time, viscosity, visual effects and aspects of the coats are preserved up to an addition of 20% in volume.
In this matter, COLORIS GCC guaranties a unique competitive offer and technological advantages against any international supplier of paint colorants.
Moreover, the CUB system enables the match of the complete color spectrum (CIELAB system). Subdivisions in this spectrum are facing no limits.
